Hi guys,

I have managed to filter all your followers and have also compared those accounts with my private list of all people I engage with.

I'm sending to each of you an email with attached file: a list of all accounts from all of those who follow you who meet my "basic engagement criteria". The list is filtered by levels of engagement between this users account and several other accounts from our community (I'm monitoring those datas quite closely since blockchain allows us to do it so easily).

Try to open each of those accounts and see for yourself which ones you would like to follow and keep in touch. And engage with those people using your own account. One by one for next few weeks.

My suggestion is to always allocate some extra time whenever you want to post something related to blockchain/AI etc. Once you've publish your article, follow up by not only sending memos but by also spending a few hours commenting on those people's publications.

So I would recommend these steps to follow in the future:

a) whenever you publish something related to our topics, follow up by sending memos to several people that you know are the best and that you're aware they will be able to drop some valuable comment. Also try to reply to a few of them.

Try to send them min 0.011 STEEM (apparently some front-ends filter transfers with less than 0.01 STEEM.

b) General rule is that posts with no comments do not attract much attention. Weather we like it or not - valuable comments are the way content are being validated. Not by rewards or visibility on trending pages.

Don't post many memos within the first day. Wait until you have a few valuable comments plus reply to them, so readers would notice that you're engaging with people.

In that second wave of memos, I would recommend a smaller amount like 0.002 or 0.003 STEEM. Majority of those people surely are still using Steemit.com so even if someone is using a different front-end and won't see your memo - it's still okey.

c) For the next following days, send memos to the remaining of people you want to invite. But instead of replying to each comment I want you to wait. Do not reply to any more comments. How long? Until the post is at least 3-4 days old.

Why should you not reply? I bet you're asking yourself this question.

Remember that you have already achieved what you wanted? You brought traffic, there are already a few valuable comments and you have proved to new readers that you're engaging back. Correct? So most likely every new user visiting your publication will drop a comment.

UNLESS ....

Unless topic has so many comments already, that loading this page would put many people off. At this stage you don't want to take "half" of the space with your comments. Let other people share their own thoughts, give them 3-4 days and only then start replying. After 3-4 days you will not receive any new comments anyway (or very rarely).

Not only your publication will be loading faster but also replying will take you less time (comparing to commenting every response in "real time").

d) Within those first 3 days try to engage with some people from the list I provided you (via email). It's always a good thing to "time" post something new + increasing engagement.

IMPORTANT: remember to keep that list updated. I did it once for you but from now on it's your "tool". Save it as an excel file. And whenever you find someone new who you like to engage with - add him to your excel sheet.

I can only hope this whole explanation makes sense as to what Im trying say here. Could I please ask every one of you to write it all in your own words? As a comment below? So I would be sure that at least we have an understanding? Im not saying that you need to follow any "instructions". But I would definelty like to know if we're understanding each other here (considering that no one here is native English speaker hehe).

ps.

Remember that while sending mass memos you always need to "know your limits". I would suggest not to send more than 1 memo a week.

Yours
Piotr
