Steemit is Making me A leader

In life, everyone expects easy things, and so do all the people in the university of Ghana. There is this quote that actually gave me a great inside as to how to live my life. It goes this way:

Do the difficult things whiles they are easy and do the great things whiles they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a step.

Most of the time, we have a notion that the difficult things are the great things. That is not always true. Great things always start small. And any thing small is easy to do. This has actually reshaped my thinking pattern alot.

It is a great thing to be the best writer on steemit but you must begin at somewhere. I started steemit and at a point in time, my focus was reshaped. I took it as a competition which can contribute positively to my efforts on the platform but this time, it was pulling me back. I had to forget about myself and do the small things that really mattered. That is to help introduce those close to me. At a point in time, I got fed up again as the work load was too much. I was more into earning for my self than to help others earn which is the normal thoughts of every Human.

My focus has gradually reshaped from that into helping others. I find greatness in leadership. And leadership is selfless act. So i try as much as possible to show others who have the aim of blogging to steemit, mentor them and help them achieve their vision and mission. Though Ghana team is small right now, its growing bigger and more vibrant by the day. As such i keep doing what i love doing best, Campaigning and mentoring.

Today i stand here, being able to introduce great minds to steemit and mentor them. I find it as a big privilege to do such a thing.
In meekness, i dedicate myself to serve. For greatness lies in ones ability to serve.
