I've been really close with both for while back in the Synergy Hub in Rotterdam.

Nico branched off from Noomap to participate in something that will kick the whole blockchain space upside down :)

Holochain
The infinitely scalable completely distributed application framework, which requires no fuel or money to run applications on it, just users running the application.

Holofuel/Holotoken, the thing the whole market is quite hyped about at the moment is a system made to expose Holochain applications to the WWW. Don't confuse that one with Holochain itself :)
