After careful analysis of all entries for this contest. I found @Topeh to be the only candidate that followed the rules and obtained the highest total points based on my study.
Here is a short version of my analysis
All others candidates have not respect the Contest rules and committed serious actions against their own qualification to win a prize.

Good analysis.
You did great
Alot of users are just after the prize and not original.
@tatjanastan needs to be very careful, old post and double entries are being used just to gain the prize.
If it one deserve winner then the prize should be awarded to the person and if they are more than it should be distributed.
After going through your analysis, I've seen that they are only after the prize and nothing else.
Please @tatjanastan kindly take note of this.
Job well done from @oadissin
Thank you!

I gave points to all plagiarised links that are not holder than 15 days and match the original site provided by each contestant. It turns out the only candidates to have got the total points higher or equal to two is "topeh".
Candidate with one point or zero in total has certainly not met the requirements for the contest. @tatjanastan
