It has been a stressful but successful week for me, it was our vocational training which started on the 6th to 11th of August 2018.
Bringing help to the poor and slum has ever been our goals, @steemhelpinghand partnered with omoge initiative a girls foundation to take on the huge project which activities were

• Culinary training
• Photography training
• Graphic designing
• Soap, toilet wash and bleach making
• Shoe and bag making

There was massive attendance and response we least expected and the project was a success all thanks to my team

FINAL EXHIBITION DAY 6

The final day was a successful and memorable one, we least expected the massive attendance we got from the students and parents.

• Blockchain and cryptocurrency seminar :

The seminar was taken by me, creating awareness about blockchain, cryptocurrency and steemit. It was necessary to make known the platform that promoted the project by bringing vocational training as a means of blockchain benefits for the public.

• Interactive session: parents and child bonding

This session was anchored by our invited guest. Speaker mrs sholuade, she spoke on how parents and children can create a strong bond. There was also an interactive time of question and answers between the parents, children and the speaker.

• Game time : How well do you know your child

A game session was organized between parents and their children, each parent was asked questions about their children and each child was also asked questions about their parent.. This game was created to show that bonding matters alot in terms of parenting.

• Ballet dance :

The students entertained their audience with ballet dance, they were taught by an invited ballet dance teacher mrs kofowola and surprisingly each child danced gracefully even when they were taught for few days.

• Award

An award was given to @steemhelpinghand by our partner omoge initiative for a good job in making the project a successful one.

• EXHIBITION

The exhibition was the main program of the day which we displayed all the students had done and learnt through our one week vocational training.

BUSINESS PATRONIZERS

We put up the products for sale at cheaper prices to generate money for the best student in the vocational program.

Some of the products were given freely to the facilitators and the winners of the organized game.

MEET THE BEST STUDENT

she won the overall best student of the program, her diligence and hard work was noticed by all and she made the best bag amongst all the students.

LUNCH PARTY

the edibles made by the students was served to all who attended the program..

Most of the parents couldn't hide their feelings when they tasted the delicious cakes and doughnuts.
