@Calliestarkey and I were out flyering for steemit with #promo-uk this weekend in Birmingham City Centre and Aston University Campus. We decided to do a quick survey to the 50 people we talked to. The survey showed that more and more people have heard of Bitcoin, however it is still used by a very small minority of people. Additionally, it has some negative associations, since the words money laundering came up a few times! We concluded that a lot of people stay away from crypto currencies due to the negative sentiment that is portrayed in the media. Maybe Steemit can help improve that!

I love this! It makes everything so clear in chart form! It is also nice to know that so many people are interested to know more about Bitcoin! Once upon a time, the answer would have been "No thanks", whereas now, people are becoming more involved and interested! It's all so exciting. Well done on your survey results! Wowzers! I love that you're flyering for Steemit. Good work. I am sure there is no accident that the only crypto headlines are to do with money laundering and shady rumours of the Dark Web. Self-actualisation is not the most popular story for the media to run with, although clearly it should be as it's the only game in town! Happy steeming!

I will do my best to post some more contentn for people who would like to know about some cleaver tricks about BTC! I agree, people are not aware, but are infact starting to hear about it, but the important thing is knowing when people are starting to actually use it! its ok, there are now Visa cards coming out where you can go straight from crypto into fiat on the card, I am not sure if peso is available yet, but it iwll be at some point soon! (I use Wirex card). Magangdang hapon!
