in promosteem •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hello Edusteemers! Who wouldn't like to get good results for his hard work? Everyone would. Right? It is imperative to understand that to get good results the right tools are needed. Simply put in this quote

The right tools are needed to do a good job in order to get good results ~ Mary Onah.

School children too, like artisans, need the right tools to study, which are educational accesories such as notebooks, pencils, pens etc.

Providing these for indigent students would help them become enlightened people in the society. Investment in children, the future of a country, is the biggest and most profound kind. These children, when they become leaders in future, would find solutions to the challenges around them thereby contributing to nation building.

Nothing brings great satisfaction as having a vision which is positively impacting millions of people. That is what @edusteem team is doing through the @edusteem project.

Siemens , a global giant company, which focuses on electrification, automation and digitisation, recently, donated 12 million naira educational equipment to three (3) schools in Edo State , Nigeria. Among the equipment donated were accessories. This is similar to what @ edusteem is already doing and will continue to do not just in one state, but in all the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Overall, this move would cause two things to happen ; improve education in Nigeria and promote the steem blockchain.

Our Specific Objective

The @edusteem team aims to provide key stationeries and equipments for 5 million children in the 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

Achievement in The First Quarter of 2018🌓

In the first quarter of 2018, we reached out to 300 students at Governement Secondary School (GSS) Mararaba, Nasarawa State . It should be noted that Nasarawa State is in the North-Central geopolitical region in Nigeria.

Preparation For Second Quarter 2018 Outreach🌒

Next visit, coming up soon in the second quarter, would be to Government Secondary School (GSS), Karu in Abuja. With your help through upvotes, reblogs and donations, we can achieve the objectives of @edusteem project. Support us to provide school children with the basic tools necessary for better outcomes. Thank you.

You can say that again, @esttyb. Glad you like the concept 😀. We will do our best to spread the wings of love to all other states and keep the community posted . Steem on!

Its really beautiful the objectives you have in mind
Great job and keep up the good work

Thank you, @stephenpaul. We really do appreciate your kind words, commendation & support.

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

Support us to provide school children with the basic tools neccesary for better outcomes.
It should be necessary instead of neccesary.

Leave us alone and search for illiterates whom you wish to educate.

Thank you ooo, my sister. 'I taya 4 d bot'. Anyway, I've corrected the mistake.

This project is worthy of community support, everyone! Kudos to you @edusteem!
