Should holocaust hoax denial be criminalised, and the ADP declared a criminal organisation?

Should 'Holocaust' hoax denial be made a criminal offense? What about defamation of the Germans who have been falsely accused of genocide? What about mis-information and fake news? Should the ADL be banned and their organisation criminalised? Should disseminating lies about Nazi death camps be criminalised? You see, the thing is, WE will never need to criminalise any form of free speech, as we have nothing to fear from such absurd lies. All WE require is the right to present the facts to the people. The facts are so clear and have NEVER been disputed, in any scientific or intellectually rigorous sense, by the Holo-hoaxers. They NEVER refute arguments. They simply use their power to demonise the person putting forward the arguments. And of course in many countries, criminalising them, imposing huge fines on them, and imprisoning them. TROONATNOOR

In my opinion, People should tell the truth in all that they do. People should not tell lies. People are allowed to state opinions with great freedom. Generally, it is also understood that many discussions are statements are opinions. In the Old Testament, if you were caught in a lie in court the punishment for lying was the punishment the other person would have to endure. (If person A lied about person B stealing a sheep, person A would get persons B punishment. It has been a while since I read it, I think they had to restore 4 sheep.) (if this person lied about a murder trial, the person falsely testifying would be put to death (the biblical punishment for murder). There are plenty of ways to discuss topics such as the number of people killed in the holocost, without having to resort to lying. I understand that after WWII; US soldiers rounded up german citizens at gunpoint, and made them tour the local death camps; so those people; would be forced to see for themselves. I think it is easy to dismiss the risk of holocaust denial. History has a tendency to repeat itself. It does not help when the truth is denied. And since the holocaust there have been many similar repeats. (Cambodia, Rwanda, ect). Unfortunately, it is reported to be happening today in North Korea.
