I just found this recently. It's similar but different. You may want to look into this too. It gives holders rewards based on rent and the value of the building. It might be the "first mover" if Propy hasn't done much yet.

Wowwwwww, it looks interesting! Thanks for bringing it to our attention (: Always a "better project" out there, if you do the proper searching!

You're welcome! Yeah, I had just saw that before I saw your video!

At first I thought 'Are they really doing a crypto info video from a spa?' and then when I watched, yes indeed you really are.
Kudos for the originality - I can't wait to see you explain crypto next from the back of a plane, while walking the dog or while driving a bus (okay maybe not so much the last one..) :D

We are so glad you like our casual video formats (: Soon, we will use your idea and do videos from planes and buses :D we have a few videos of us with our dog already LOL

Hey, my name is M3, and I'm giving you an upvote, and a subscribe. Me and my community of followers are trying to kill YouTube, and make DTube bigger and better than any other video site. YouTube doesn't reward creators like they deserve, so we're all helping each other out. Anyway, keep going! What we're doing really is the way of the future.``

Pure spam trash.... Please stop copy-&-pasting this everywhere!!!

Very informative post about propy on the block chain! I wish more companies in commercial real estate use block chain as way of operating. One company Ive heard of was Muirfield investment properties that has been putting in motion for advancements in block chain.

It's an interesting concept but real estate will probably be one of the last industries to fully adopt blockchain /:
