Proteins of nuts and seeds are good for heart

Protein in red meat is beneficial for cardiovascular disease, where protein or alkaline foods are harmful for heart conditions.

This information was found in a study by the American Loma Linda University in California.

The research conducted on 80 thousand participants was published in the journal International Journal of Epidemiology. It is found that people who accept more protein-rich proteins are more likely to have 'cardiovascular disease' or 60 percent more risk of heart disease. And those who provide their proteins with nuts and seed food, this risk is 40 percent less.
The main researcher, Gary Frieser of Loma Linda University, said, "Where edible cherries are responsible for a heart disease, partly, the protein is considered to be important and thoughtfully as a single risk of cardiovascular risk."

He also said, "Nutritionists are known to be 'fat fats' in the meat that are presently in the flesh and look at the charms of nut or seed food as 'good fat'."

Nuts and natives are naturally dropped into 'good fat' sections because of their excessive amount of 'unsaturated fat'. Although it is true that their 'good proteins' have a positive effect on the body.

"This new research indicates that protein rich in such foods may have a very detailed biological effect."

The study took 81 thousand 337 women and men, compared with meat and vegetable protein.

This relationship between protein and heart disease of meat, nuts and seeds is quite strong and it has nothing to do with other nutrients useful for survival from heart disease.

So healthy eating habits should have more protein than protein intake rather than meat protein - this research indicates this.
