I wrote the above post after watching this video by Aaron and Melissa Dykes. In it the question comes up what redacted FOIA documents say about Mk Ultra. It is reaveled that on goal is to study mind altering drugs and treatments that would help understand (and apply) mind control. However, there is another goal, which was redacted (censored) from the released documents. I propose the goal is to change and guide the culture of nations to certain specification.
