Call things by their right name, Psychiatry is "generatio spontanea" for mental disorder

Started med. school semester 5 yesterday. I have reflected for over a decade since I first started in 2009 (took a long study pause) over the pseudo-science Psychiatry. For example, take the concept of "psychosis", a term that is magically imbued with different meanings depending on who uses it and why. But, technically, it seems to actually mean the mental component of involuntary submission to a dominance hierarchy. It is caused by the "social defeat response" that exists in all social mammals (and that in Psychiatry is called "schizophrenia" and labelled as a personality type rather than an event. ) This response is associated with a loss of executive function (the causality of course being that it breaks under the pressure of executive coercion), and this is seen as a decrease in the mesocortical dopamine pathway, that is in turn down-regulated by a loss of glutamate signalling from the prefrontal cortex. The loss of executive control - submission - causes a loss of control over the reward system (cortical glutamate pathways up-regulating the mesolimbic pathway via a GABA intermediary), and the brain conforms, mentally, to the coercing entity. Psychiatry is a pseudo-science that exists to obfuscate the simple cause and effect behind how people are affected by, and react to, the dominance hierarchy and pecking order in a society, and it is ultimately a ritual sacrifice mechanism that reinforces the dominance hierarchy, increasing the “problems” it pretends to want to “cure”. Psychiatry is not a science.

Likewise, you can then see what a "mass psychosis" is.
