I agree with him about alcohol. That's a straight road to zero productivity.

    Alcohol is used to numb the pain.
    And as such is only a bandaid. The pain needs to be addressed.
    But, all too often there is no societally recognized path to get out from under the pain.
    And thus, the alchohol (or drugs).
