Regret

"I guess I better yesterday to do so ,and not otherwise - then it definitely would have been a different result and it would have been better." Or "why didn't I do it?While there,I was so tired that I was" . And in this spirit we can recall thousands of such situations.

On the one hand,started the process of awareness and understanding of the wrong actions,it is correct,but you can't spend a long time. All the negative emotions very much take energy ,prevent us from living and drive us into a stupor. If the action is done - then this is the right action. If it is wrong, we conclude,remember and live on.


Self - pity is an anchor that prevents learn of their capabilities and abilities. Feeling sorry for yourself, we dissociate us from those possibilities that are beyond the ordinary,by which men achieve all. 


To prevent regrets about the actions it is important to remember that in the best case, the regret keeps us on the ground,in the worst - pulls down. Make a conclusion what was wrong and why,then leave the situation,it is in the past,nothing changed,what can be done - all done. And about sorry for yourself,just ask yourself the question:" are You ready to consciously limit their options and not give yourself to achieve?"
