9 tips to stop peeking.

What is actually peeking?

Stirring is an energy-intensive activity: you are then busy with problems or any problems that may occur. Often, it often times, and it seems almost impossible to get out of that vicious thought circle of that moment. You do not live in the world but often in the future. Afraid of what might happen, what people might find of you, etc. And you get caught in a web of an infinite series of thoughts that starts with: what if .. and what if .. but if that and that .. .

Who are real peppers?

Piecers often know that they worry unnecessarily. But they do not know how to stop poking. Somehow, the pieker has made it more petty to a habit than breathing. Often the "habit" comes in to (to) much to pee in the family for. For example, with one of the parents, he has consciously taken over this way. The greatest piekers are often caring people. Often they show their affection for a person by worrying about that person.

From the vicious circle

The secret of the handling of peeing is actually in the attitude you're facing. See you peer like something you can control or as something that you only suffer and what happens to you. Each behavior is learned behavior. Also the behavior that you feel annoying, as it peaks. If it has been learned, you can learn it again. How?

1. Find diversion
Concerns tend to nest in you. At the moment when it's a threat, start doing something right away. This allows you to stop the growth of peeing, eg go hard, walk, run the stairs up and down ten times, take a shower (wash your mind), play with the little ones, make music , Sing singing (special to do: bring your pussy thoughts singing to the outside), etc. The first minutes may be difficult, so it's important to continue.

2. STOP

3. Plan a peak torque

4. Talk about your thoughts

5. Write it down from you
Put your thoughts (brainpins on paper). Not with the computer but with pen and paper. Write it down as it comes to your mind. It does not have to be a nice story. A few days later you can read what you wrote.

6. Do something about the problems
Research shows that 4% of the peer thoughts are about things you can do. Look for those 4% and describe what actions you can actually do and make a plan when you want to perform any actions.

7. Meditate
People who regularly meditate have less stress, feel less worried and stand with greater confidence in life.

8. Advice
If a good girlfriend hit you with her "tight problem", what would you recommend her?

9. Agree
Many peppers look like this:
If something goes wrong or not as planned -> then they blame themselves.
If something goes well or planned -> the outside world / others get the credits of success.
Turn this world around, make the failure / failure to the outside world and write the success to yourself!

If you use this new behavior and practice it regularly, a new positive groove will be created in your minds world, and it will peel less and less.
