Reality Shifting

What would you do if you could go anywhere, at anytime, if you could theoretically shift between worlds. A place in your dreams? Not quite. Something that might even have a stake in science itself: quantum jumping.

In simplified terms, quantum jumping is the act of an atom, molecule, or atomic nucleus “shifting” from one quantum state to another. Particles can sit at either, but never in a state of “between” or “borderline.” They abruptly and quickly shift states, thus the term shifting goes hand in hand with quantum jumping.

The two cup method suggests the following: anytime anything major happens in your life, unprecedented death, illness, disease… You’ve, in theory, been pushed into a different reality. However, it is not just categorized “major” events that will shift you, it can even be small minor changes. For example, TV shows may not have the same name to you and noticeably many others.

Quantum jumping has been observed by scientists in both counties: Germany and America, they’ve witnessed “quantum jumping” and reported it to “look like the atom was blinking on and off.” This is an account of an actual quantum jump being witnessed by the human eye through a jerry built telescope.

So… how do I shift realities? If this question is sitting in your mind, there are a few ways you can, according to articles sitting on the web.

First, let’s delve into an article made in 2019 by the title of: Quantum leaps are real – and now we can control them By Leah Crane.

Well, control isn’t really what we can do. We can force an atom into another state, and we can revert it back. What we cannot do is tell in a length of time before it does something, as unlike humans it isn’t symptomatic a week before jump. We also cannot keep it in a “middle ground.”

It is deeper than just a “tiktok” trend, and science as well as psychology say: intentional reality shifting without being fully aware of what that entails, can be dangerous on your psyche. It can give one symptoms of “psychosis.” Feeling your reality is not real.

It is achieved through rigorous meditation and preparation, which I’ll label as “Pre-Shift.” It takes a lot of planning, granted the nature of it.

“Usually, you would only focus on your breathing or on producing a calming image in your head. Once your mind and body are deeply relaxed, you would enter the meditative state. Reality shifting is based around this idea, but instead of letting it happen freely, the most precise details of your experience are planned by you! Scripting is an essential step in “reality shifting” as it builds up your world, your idea, your dreams. You. Scripting is the entire acclimation of you, your essential qualities and traits, friends and family members you would want to see, and more.

However this leads many to be skeptical, as the actual act of shifting follows similar, if not near identical steps that coincide with lucid dreaming.

So can I reality shift or not?

This starts by belief, as the brain is a powerful tool. If you tell yourself repeatedly: I just want to see someone again, I want to see them again, I want to see them again…

And they show up in your life would you believe in the existence of reality shifting? Well, wishing someone into your reality is less shifting, as it’s more manifestation. Manifesting things, usually refers to positive things:

Manifesting wealth, happiness, etc.

What’s the difference between pre shift, shifting, lucid dreaming, and finally manifestation?

Well, we will start with the last but no least, manifestation. This is something everyone on the planet is constantly doing, it is every wish, desire, dream you’ve ever held.

Pre-shift: is the act of preparing to shift. Visualizing “stairs to heaven” and counting down. Writing out every detail in your DR. (Desired reality). Listening to a heartbeat and pretending it is someone you want to be laying on in your DR.

Shifting: the act of shifting realities to another one, for example, you shift from a reality where you’re poor to one where you’re wealthy.

Lucid-dreaming: is a broad term mostly used to refer to the act of being able to either: A. Have substantial memory and control over your dreams. B. Dreams are extremely vivid and feel almost real. C. A mix of these two.

However, to say you are your thoughts would be incorrect. If you were to meditate to calming waves and clear your mind, you still exist. Thoughts come and go and therefore do not make you what you are, but rather just another process of existence.

Who is to say our body is our final state? Your body is also not you. You can change your body without altering you yourself. By getting a piercing, you do not disappear.

Awareness must be what we are then, right? Awareness, the ever unchanging. It will be around forever, as we are around. So if we are awareness, how does this affect shifting? Why are we so unaware of so much?

We are awareness granted life through limited experiences, hence humanity. Everything comes to an end, but awareness does not. You must learn to separate your body from your subconscious. This is where pre shifting comes in:

The act of scripting, planning, all of it.
