Why do we eat when we're sad?

in psychology •  7 years ago

Stress is the driving force of many activities in the body. A hormone called Cortisol, which goes hand in hand with Insulin and Leptin's hormone obesity, is responsible for him. Stress is not only when you are angry and sad, but when it's hot and cold and when it gets angry and when you're cold ... then the hormones get crazy and there is confusion. You become very hungry or you can not eat, you get the desire to import candies in huge amounts. You're solving the CONSEQUENCE.
