There is no doubt that in our unconscious and conscious, we psychologically preserve all the elements that over time we have incorporated into our lifestyle called traditions, customs, perceptions, and experiences with the natural environment, elements that have been recorded at the level of psyche, and that allow us to consider the incalculable value of plant species in our lives.
Plants induce positive psychological changes
Now, if we focus on relating the value that plant species have in our lives, we will find clear signs and begin to understand, that from the psychological point of view each of the behaviors and feelings that we usually express, not only depend on the interactions of interpersonal and social character, but also relate to our way of relating to environmental factors, and where the plant species play a fundamental role, because when we observe them carefully and quietly in their natural environment (forest, mountain, jungle, savannah, among others), we find in each intangible representation of nature, the emotional strength to overcome spiritual wounds, anxiety, negative approaches, because in those moments of connection with the vegetation, in our psyche all these psychological conditions are replaced by reactions of satisfaction, confidence and desire for positive change.

Nature highlights self-healing capabilities
When we go through difficult times in our lives, either by accumulation of internal conflicts, loss of a loved one, or some organic condition that prevents us from leading a normal life, we tend to fall into depression and this action creates a series of psychological disorders, which prevent us from overcoming these adverse conditions by our own biopsychosocial means, an aspect that ends up diminishing our quality of life, and that is when we usually seek professional help, However, some people tend to take measures attached to the contact with the vegetable species, when deciding to move away from the terrible context that affects them, and to go to country houses, in the search to find answers in the nature, this because, in each landscape that evokes the tame nature, but at the same time rebellious and wild, we begin to understand ourselves from our own interior, in a sublime environment that highlights our capacities of self-healing.

In the first installment of this thematic series entitled PSYCHOLOGY AND REHABILITATION // The role of plant species, I commented that the importance of contact with plant species, begins to lose its historical significance as a treatment of psychological medical rehabilitation, and this is why I will continue to express in my manuscripts, the benefits of therapeutic healing that have the plant species, mainly because, when we establish a connection with the plant species, we can feel two types of perceptions, the organoleptic and psychological perception, although the organoleptic reanimates each sense to know; sight, hearing, smell, it is the psychological perception that transmits us tranquility, and awakens our sense of life, by reducing the negative approaches that alter our psyche.
