Smiling and smiling to live happily.

How many of us wake up sad, tired, tired and angry in the morning? Many. We have so many commitments, respite, responsabilities so much stress, and sometimes feelings like anger and sadness take our heart and blur our minds, ruining potentially happy days.Once I have read a simple and trivial trick on a magazine to make the mood swelter (just think I'm just talking about when you are moody and about a true depression or serious mood illness that requires the help of an expert in psychology or psichiatry), a simple, easy trick. Smile, also if you feel so sad and you want cry, try to smile. Force the smile. Initially you can feel ridicolous and pathetic but after a while you can feel the benefits of your smile, maybe smiling forcely make you laugh and this is a good first step , when you get used to smile in front of your bad mood it will slowly loose force. Smile can help you. Keep smiling and the bad mood will run away!
