Take it easy

I do not know about you, but I often received this advice.  

Tends to be not one who takes things lightly, it will be the fault of astrology, a cancer rising cancer as it may not have a tendency to drama?  

They call me mellowish at random.  

I lack the ability to lighten things, I have a certain inclination rather to weigh them down.

  And then I have an anxiety problem. Did you make feel it too? 

I now take her with me to the bathroom, you know, we females always go to the bathroom together  And who knows why anxiety is a feminine word, in my opinion there is some obscure correlation ... 

 Do you know the moment where any insignificant event takes on the dimensions of a drama? No? 

Because you have never suffered anxiety.

  And so you are part of that lucky category that takes it "easy ".  That is relaxed, simple.  That is, I envy you to die for.  

How are you doing? 

 I panicky from the exam to buying the new toaster.  

And let alone if I have a little fever, I break the boxes right away to the doctor imagining the worst evils. 

 And I dream of being one of those who take it easyl, I swear I'm working on it! 

 For me, resizing is the keyword.  Resize everything and remember that the world does not end if I forget a bill or if I make a mistake.  

In fact I should do more, get used to the imperfection, because it is normal.  

Do not always expect to give the best at all costs, because it is an expectation inevitably suicidal. 

 So what is this post for?  A reminder.  Take it easy  I have to learn how to do it and the suggestions are welcome.

Yes, I exactly know what you are talking about here... I'm not the relaxed person either. Anxiety and worrying takes a lot of my time, unfortunately. Even if it's "just" thoughts it can be rather tiring.
To relax and take it easy, yes, I wish I could :-) Still I think life is good and I guess I have accepted my thoughts a bit more know than when I was younger.
We can try to take a deep breath and try to clear our minds, it might create some relaxation. I also find peace in nature, that is a wonderful place to relax. Hugs

I wish i could clear mu mind more, i still have not try meditation but i must try it asap ^^

I suffer everyday from being anxious. One day I read the best description of it: its like tilting on a chair and being in that point where you feel like you are going to fall but you just don't. It is a really good post though there may be some mistakes with your english and how you arrange the words. From time to time I work on translating texts in english, spanish and italian. If you are interested you can find me on discord (@clacrax) or write me a comment in one of my posts. I feel like your posts are great but could be way better with a correct english and get to more people. I am not trying to offend you in any way, so I excuse myself in advance if you feel like I am. And if you don't want to don't worry, your posts are good!

No no you are right, my english is not still good, i improve it daily and i wish i will be able soon to write correctly ^^ By the way i totally agree with the sentence you mentioned..

It is mostly our thoughts which cause us unnecessary pain. So often, our overthinking causes us distress and inner pressure even though in the physical world nothing has even happened yet! The entire fear of potential negative outcome drains our energy and THIS is what really makes us feel like crap. So, as always, I highly recommend practising mental Silence with the dedication of our time and the willingness to let go these niggly thought patterns dragging us to future outcome as a result of past negative experiences. It is soooo powerful to do that.

The bill won't dissipate, but what is decisive is the way we deal with internally and whether it has an effect on our inner well-being.
