Most time stressful or irritating conditions can trigger different emotional reaction, ranging from when the event is highly demanding but still manageable to common emotion of discouragement, depression, anxiety, panic and anger. And if the stressful situations persist our emotions may keep switching back and forth depending on our level of coping effort which varies among individuals.
Every individual body react to stress by introducing series of psychologically based dislike or fear to perceived threat.
If the threat is resolved quickly, these emergency response tranquil and that person emotional and physiological state returns to normal. And if that stressful or irritating conditions persist such person is bound to have various set of internal responses occur as means to adapt to a acute stressor.
