When a court proceeds to 'pass judgment' and determines a 'punishment' there is always a denial taking place.
That denial may be a denial of free will - where the rigid thought patterns of traditions and opinions from 'voices of authority' and proclaimed 'experts' take precedence over actual truth.. The loss of truth equates to the introduction of heartlessness and the potential to seriously destroy the destiny of those involved. This causes more problems than can be solved by this approach. Love is necessary to fill the gaps in us and in the societies we are creating.
If someone has been identified as a 'perpetrator of a crime' and is brought into a court room so that others can attempt to cause 'justice', it is unavoidable that decisions are being constantly made as to whether to allow loving balance into the process or not. Expressing from the heart is the only way that truly loving balance can be caused and if the hearts involved are not balanced and are being denied, then the 'justice' will be a false justice and will contain errors. More than this, love will not be allowed to manifest and thus the problems persist and may also change form - making the problems even more challenging to understand and resolve. When anything is denied there is always a reduction in consciousness, awareness and actual truth that replaces the needed clarity with guesswork, partial truths and error.
With this being recognised as accurate, the entire court process can be seen to be part of a bigger problem and not a real solution to anything.
Only when the violent act of judgment ends can true balance be experienced
This requires the recognition that: BALANCE REQUIRES THE AGREEMENT TO RESPECT FREE WILL UNCONDITIONALLY AND TO END DENIAL.
Judgment introduces error and cause injustice.
(note: The label 'judge' is effectively a conjunction of 'jump' and 'cludge'/'fudge' as with 'jump ahead of yourself' and 'jump to a conclusion' and 'we had to fudge that solution as we didn't have all the details').
'Crime' is fundamentally defined as being 'events where one being overpowers the free will of another', (whether that be by attacking them, controlling them, taking an object they desire when they do not wish that exchange to occur - or any other type of denial of their will). The attempts by the judicial systems to find balance through force therefore result in the actions of the a-gents of the system actually adding more imbalance and crime in the form of their own imbalanced actions. This explains why the legal systems are commonly so complex, convoluted, corrupt, unpleasant, joyless, controlled, controlling, heartless and include so many rules and regulations that attempt (and fail) to replace the essential and heavily denied essence of free will.
What does this equate to in lived experience?
How about a case of murder? Where one has killed another: Commonly this is classed as a major crime and thus the judgment is often made that 'the full weight of the law must be brought to bare'.
Usually, a complex and 'expensive' court case will ensue and those involved walk away with mixed responses, leaving at least one considering that the outcome is unfair. Generally there will be areas that are not fully understood in the case, yet events 'press on' regardless and thus details are overlooked. In contrast, a fully loving and balanced being will not compromise and will instead ensure that nothing is overlooked and as such will create balance. The evolved and timeless option here is to allow love to provide the answers instead of judgment and punishment. If answers are not yet known then remaining open to them being found is always more beneficial than judging and forming artificial conclusions.
How can unconditional love resolve a murder?
The principles of unconditional love include that:
- Real love is unconditional and is not judgmental.
- Real love undoes injustice and finds new balance.
- Punishment is not a necessary part of learning.
- Punishment is not more loving than the heartless act that the punishment is being aimed towards resolving.
- Controlling another being is not loving.
- Violence cannot be solved with violence.
- All crimes are the result of one or more types of imbalance which need to be identified and allowed to heal.
Healing and balancing takes place in the heart and associated true feelings need to be accepted and fully allowed to evolve safely.
Through this awareness we can learn that what we need in place of prisons (very similar to 'poisons') is 'processing'. Emotional processing, mental learning and allowance of healing and transformation to take place is the way of evolution here and is the only way that lasting and beneficial change can be caused. This also means that the ones involved with 'making money' from 'private prisons' need to step back.
This transformation and healing journey can be introduced by anyone who is involved in these structures on earth beginning to be open to learning the ways of truth that come with heart balance and by consistently intending to heal, to love, to evolve, to balance, to choose mercy and to heal fears. This can rapidly defuse tensions in prison systems and reduce the overload that these dysfunctional structures are experiencing.
The finer details of this transformation can be simple and also complex in some ways, yet are necessary to be understood now for life to improve for ALL involved.
With real love all is possible and when heartlessness causes loss, only an end to the heartlessness can reverse that for us. For more on the topic of emotional healing you can search through my thoughts at Ureka and you can open discussions at Ureka too, to find help with your questions.
May we know true joy!

I can only say that I totally disagree with your post. The philosophy you seem to subscribe to is not one that I believe is true at all.
