What does dyslexia mean? Is it a dangerous disease or a contagious disease ?. No, dyslexia is not a dangerous disease or contagious.
According to wikipedia, Dyslexia is a disorder in the development of literacy which generally occurs in children aged 7-8 years. Dyslexia can occur to anyone, including in children who have relatively high levels of intelligence.
But according to mayoclinic.com, dyslexia is a disorder that will continue to be owned by children throughout his life because dyslexia is a birth defect that affects the brain's work system.

Although patients experience disruption to their memory as difficulty remembering a thing. But cognitively, for example in analyzing something, they can still show a better ability than others.
There are two types of dyslexia, yaitudevelopmental dyslexsia (congenital) fundquired dyslexsia (acquired due to disorder or changes in the way the left brain reads). Developmental dyslexia is suffered throughout the life of the patient and is usually genetic. Some studies suggest that the disease is associated with gray area dysfunction in the brain. The dysfunction is related to changes in connectivity in the phonological (reading) area. Some of the earliest signs of congenital dyslexia are late speech, obscure and reversed articulation, difficulty learning the shape and sound of letters, confused between the concept of space and time, as well as the difficulty of digesting verbal, quick, and sequential instructions. At school age, generally dyslexic people can have difficulty combining letters into words, reading difficulties, difficulty holding stationery well, and difficulty in receiving.

Then do we have to worry about this? Not really necessary. However, with constant practice and supervision, these dyslexic people can be accomplished like any other child.
