  2. Emotional in (maturity) due to poor upbringing.
  3. Ignorance
  4. Accessibility factor/Occupation e.g bartenders, pharmacist and nurses.
  5. Stress and frustration.
  6. Socio-cultural factors such as drinking at wedding, naming and funeral ceremonies.
  7. Genuine health problems when a person is placed on a particular drug for a long time e.g. Morphine to relief pain.
