Hoje eu estava assistindo a televisão de relance (não gosto de assistir, mas deixo ela ligada pra "fazer companhia") e era uma repostagem sobre cães obesos. Na hora que vi do que se tratava, disse logo comigo mesmo: "aposto que esses cães só comem ração industrializada".
Pois dito e feito, a dona só alimentava o animal com "biscoitos" para cães desses industrializados que vêm em pacotes. Mas o mais impressionante que eu achei não foi isso, foi o fato de o âncora do programa sequer tocar no assunto, simplesmente disse que era a quantidade de comida, e não a qualidade da mesma. Disse que a dona precisava controlar mais a quantidade de biscoitos que dava ao cão e que o cão precisava "fazer exercícios" kkk.
Pessoal, infelizmente isso que está acontecendo com nossos cães é o mesmo que está acontecendo conosco: comendo alimentos ultra processados. Esses alimentos possuem a característica de serem muito saborosos, pois normalmente são bombas de sal/açucar/gordura, mas sabor não significa saúde, muito pelo contrário.
O nosso corpo evoluiu pra se alimentar de comidas inteiras, completas, e não partes. Quando se ingere uma fruta por exemplo, é lógico que ali tem açucar, mas tem também um monte de vitaminas, minerais, fibras. Quando se ingere comida marinha é lógico que vem junto sal, mas ali vem também o iodo, o magnésio, o potássio, cálcio, etc...
Ou seja, abram o olho, nem nós humanos, nem nossos cães nem nenhum animal evoluiu pra se alimentar de alimentos processados. Evitem eles ao máximo, e prefiram os alimentos o mais próximos possíveis do seu estado natural.

È bem por aí mesmo. O prazer que se sente na hora que se come, é cobrado com juros e correção monetária depois pelo corpo. Tudo o que tem sabor forte é porque tem concentração exagerada de alguma substância, normalmente sal, açucar e gorduras. E os alimentos processados são processados justamente pra isso, pra ficar saboroso, porém a saúde paga o preço, e caro!
