Taste the Poison Puffer Fish

I want to try that dish even though eating it is putting my life at risk because I have a big trust to the chef. He is a veteran on making a dish from a Puffer Fish and he is making it with care and love.And,the kitchen is so clean and I am sure he clean the Puffer Fish well too before make it a dish.
