I love a good loaf of bread. The problem is getting is using regular bread for sandwiches. Doesn't really work that well. About a year ago I saw my girl Heather over at The Kneady Homesteader use a Pullman Pan. Okay, I was hooked as soon as she explained how the pan worked compared to a regular pan. The Pullman pan lets air circulate from the bottom which is why there are holes in the bottom of the pan.
I am uploading a video reviewing the pan and as soon as I get rid of this cold I will make a loaf of bread in it. Of course, I will take y'all along.
