Yes you need to get me back what belongs to me . If over the max amount is EVER sent , it’s always sent back . How do I know that? I happened to send you more than 4 Steem before as well.
It’s unfair to run a system in which your a witness , and you’re playing people’s lives . I sent you an amount , it was over the max so it should be sent back . Not taken and you give back some and spread the rest. You have to mnually transfer the 3860 like I sees on your page that you did .
