Mathematical puzzle (logical) - Arrow and target 🏹

Imagine an archer who shoots an arrow at a target. To reach the target, the arrow overcomes first half the way, then half from the remaining distance, then another half from the remaining distance to the target, etc.

Will the arrow reach the target?

Answer:

This is essentially a version of one of Zeno's paradoxes, which has been around for something like 2500 years. There's a really nice discussion on the Numberphile Youtube channel here:
