The censorship won't be the death knell for those old platforms, however it will hasten the upstarts like Dtube/Steemit, which themselves will evolve, just like Youtube did. The "woke" of us will get our useful info on the new platforms and use the old ones for cute animal videos, learning how to fix something or how to fry crispier chicken...just to name a few examples.
