I don't know if 30 minutes of work count if you're paid hourly. I just worked total of 7 hours from yesterday and today and I wonder if 30 minutes of work count because I have a shift on monday which will take 4:30 hours. Please help me on these ones. Thanks!

It counts. It differs from place to place... some places will pay you for the whole hour, some don't, but you'll get paid.
