When we look in the mirror, what do we see?

This year in March I made my speaker stage debut talking about my half century challenge with body image and what I saw when I looked in the mirror.

I have learnt over the last two years to see myself, and what others see. Not what I think of myself.

And it's liberating!!!!!!!!!
