Whenever you hear the words of Criticism then first thing you should do is, ignoring it to fullest because these words should not affect us and when you don't want anything to affect you then first of all in first place don't take any words to your heart because when we give access to the words of others in our heart then for sure we will going to feel the pain which is generated by those words. So never consume any words which hurts you, which demotivates you, or which suppress you because your life and your life's decisions are more important than the thoughts of others. But in reality many people easily get influence by Negative Words and they invite negative thoughts in life and for sure these thoughts will going to push us from our true goals and dreams, so we should not give so much importance to these aspects. And remember one thing, many fail in life because they don't hear the voice of their heart inturn they get manipulated and influenced by others and they land in life where they don't want to.
Criticism are two types one is really true criticism which can help you in the path of life and some criticism just thrown just because their ego is hurt or something else. So identification is really important for sure because Criticism can make you or break you for sure. And if you received true criticism and feedback then do an Self Introspection so that you can understand what is the real issue and where we can install improvements in our life. And life is all about the improving phase means, time to time we have to improve because no one is perfect and when we are not perfect, we have to bring the essence of improvement time to time for sure. In life we get so many opportunities but most of the time we miss opportunities because we are surrounded with so many opinions and when we surround with many opinions, then we cannot take an effective decision for us.
Always remember one thing and that is, in my opinion our inner-self or Higher self always guide us towards the right path but unfortunately many miss this voice because actually they stuck in the Matrix of overthinking and this phase can really affect us because, it's an state of suppression where our true goals and dreams always reflects really far away from us and we have to choose those path which are not for us, and for sure this situation is one of the most painful phase. So when your body itself an great tool and your inner-self is your true guide then why not listen to it and follow it because at the end of the day, your heart knows what you want and it knows how to find it. So life aspect is an journey and enjoy your journey by choosing that path which is chosen by your heart.
Focus upon your passion.
Whenever we watch the actions of children then we can get to know one thing and that is, no matter how much they get criticised or anything else they will stay busy with what they are doing and they will not stop what they are doing.
So always hold that child aspect because in that way you can stay focus upon your work and you will not going to be distracted by the criticised words of others. And when you will not going to get influenced by any negative aspect then for sure you can achieve your goals more effectively.
