Scientists appear to agree that the average IQ of sub-Sahara Africans is only 80, which is only the 9th percentile. Provisionally, scientists appear to also agree that this is not entirely due to "nurture" (environment), that it is also due in part to "nature" (genetics).
If this is true, should people with such ancestry, such as African Americans, be disturbed? No. It doesn't disturb me, a Swiss-German Caucasian, to know that Ashkenazie Jews are way smarter (IQ 115) than my group (IQ 100) and that East Asians (IQ 106) are also way smarter than my group. My group's IQ inferiority has bothered me for exactly zero seconds over my entire lifetime, for the same reason that the existence of people in my own racial group who are demonstrably smarter and more successful than me don't bother me.

Truth is whatever it is, notwithstanding what we want it to be. If some racial groups are on average more intelligent than others, then society must adjust to that reality. As I study this topic, I would like to explore those implications, and in particular what the government policy implications are.
