Racists Refuse to Tip

After engorging themselves at Jess’ Lunch Downtown in Harrisonburg, Virginia on 8/15/16. Their only reason: "We only tip citizens." The waitress, Sadie Karina, is a US Citizen. She looked brown, so they assumed she wasn't. So sad and unnecessary.
