Okay guys we are still exploring the Radix ecosystem and in the first article, we talked about Radix, just the overview of the partners, the Radvocate program, and all that. In the second article we talked about the Radvocate program and in the third article we talked about what is in for developers in the Radix ecosystem, we talked about how sustainable it is to develop projects on Radix and we also talked about the issue of simplicity.
Now we are talking about some of the partners that we're able to make this platform real competitive and one of the things I want to talk about is Radix is designed with Decentralized finance in mind. This is a project that you have 6 years plus in the making.
So the Radix platform has some partners for now they have the likes of Ren, Stakehourd, Copper, Argent, and Noether. Then we will touch briefly on each of the partnerships. These are not partnerships, you know some of the times we read partnership on and they say X is partnering with Y and you cannot even know what they are doing there are no details about what they do.REN
So let's start with Ren, if you are really conversant, Ren is a project that helps build the Defi ecosystem. So right now there is the need to transition some assets to another chain, we have the likes of BTC and you cannot really port BTC on the Ethereum system and you can use platforms like Ren protocol.
So if you do have something like, they have what we called the renBTC they have something called the renZEC and they also have the renETH. So, the renBTC there is 1:1 conversion ratio so once you, this is the Ren platform, this is your BTC so once you sent forth your BTC to this Ren platform it is locked and they issue you renBTC. So this renBTC is a BTC that is compliant with that particular chain let say Ethereum and you can port this renBTC to Ethereum Dapps and then we can use it to do things like borrowing and the rest of them.
So the Radix platform is partnering with Ren its to bring assets like this because there are a lot of people hold BTC, Ethereum, Zcash. So when they bring things like this and it would help transitional liquidity to the Radix platform. So if you are building a decentralized application, you would not be worried about where do I get the liquidity, right from the go, REN makes that possible.
StakeHound
The next platform is StakeHound. A lot of platforms apart from Radix is StakeHound. So what they are basically concern about is that they provide liquidity for staking platforms and the rest.
Argent
And then Argent, if you’ve used the Argent mobile App, for ios and Android, you will discover that with the Argent platform you don’t really need things like metamask and the rest of them you only need a mobile app and we can plug into Ethereum and most of the decentralized applications.

So partnering with them is like to make for user adoption because, at the end of the day, they say simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, so if your platform is so simplistic and all that, people can assess it with their mobile app, and it's good to go so they are partnering with Argent for that purpose.
Noether
The next for us is Noether. The Noether is to actually help it's like a bridge so this is Ethereum and this is Radix, so if you are your App is already on Ethereum and you want to port it to Radix then the Noether platform is there to help you or you are an Ethereum developer and you would like to develop using Radix, the Noether platform is also there to help you. And then we have the likes of Copper contributing to look ecosystem, so it's definitely a platform you will like to look into.
