Yes!!! Am back again.. It is an another avenue for me to share my thought with this great community. It is very pertinent that we carry ourselves along in this platform because to me steemit is a community and as such Everyone should see to it that we have being carried along as much as we can.
The thought I want to share today is about the rapture of the saints,popularly referred to as the catching away of the saints!!
The rapture has been dully described in the Bible as a mystery because it has never been revealed to any of the old testament prophets. We became aware of it in this new testament dispensation. Its very important that we take an in depth look at this all important subject.
With the definitions done,what is the rapture all about? I will explain this by starting like this..
First,the rapture is the first phase of the second coming of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ. The rapture pave the way to the great tribulation which ll take place immediately after the rapture.
Then who are those that are qualified for this rapture? According to the Bible,only those that have been washed and cleansed in the blood of Jesus Christ will be raptured.Those that are not in this category will be too "heavy" to be caught up to sky to meet the Lord in the air...
So,for one to be a candidate of the rapture, one has to repent from one's sins,believe and confess Jesus as his or her personal Lord and saviour, live the consistent holy and righteous Christian life and depend on the grace of God for a life of victory over sin and the devil.
Finally, I have been answering questions since,Now is the time for you to answer this all important question?
The question is:Have you given your life to Christ???is He your lord and your saviour?? I enjoined you today to accept Him today as your personal Lord and saviour... You will be glad you did!!!!
