Sausage of semolina - 1 cup (180 g)
Curd-½ cup (fractured)
Green coriander - 1 to 2 table spoons (finely chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 or 2 (Finely chopped)
Ginger Paste - ½ teaspoon
Salt-½ teaspoon or taste
Cumin-½ teaspoon
Oil - make 3 to 4 table spoonbatter
Take a large bowl of semolina. Add yogurt, ginger paste, green chillies, salt, cumin seeds and green coriander in it. Mix all the ingredients well. Make a batter of pulse-rice dose consisting of a little water in it. 1 cup water is used in the batter. Put the batter for 10 to 15 minutes so that the semolina will grow.
After 10 minutes, check the batter, its consonance looks dense, then add 2 table spoon water and mix it.
Dosa Sequi
Keep the non stick tawa warm to make the dosage. Put a little oil on the pan and spread well around the pan. Then, take a hand on the pan and see, the heat is coming on the hand, the tawa has been well heated. Now, make the gas very slow and let the pan cool for a while. Remove excess oil from the pan with the help of tissue paper.
After that, add 2 to 3 table spoon dose batter on the pan and spread it round and spread thin dosa. Then, sharpen the gas and put a little oil on the edges and the sides of the dosa. Take the dosage from the bottom to the golden brown.
After cooling down from the bottom side, remove all the edges and then from the middle before turning on the dough and keep it halfway in the plate.
Second dosa
Do it again after two to two seconds. Sprinkle water on it to cool it quickly. After this, take the pan with wet cloth. Again, prepare the dosha, spread it on a pan after the first dose.
Make all the dosas as per this process. In such a batter, a total of four dosas will be ready.
