Working toward a Million Dollar Smile!

I wanted to share a story with everyone that's willing to listen. I will try to spare you too much details however if you do have questions feel free to ask.

When I was about 15 years old I was hanging out at my dads with one of my friends. We got into an argument over something a lot less than important. It was only an argument and lacked any sort of physical altercation. I asked him to leave and on his way out he nearly ripped my dads door off the hinges. I at this point became more upset because I felt as if my dads house was disrespected. I ran out of the door after him. Before I could even get a word in he turned around and servered me with one good punch right to the mouth.

I know what you must be thinking, you don't want to hear about a fight. Well this was no fight. After he landed his one punch he turned and ran away.

This left me 15 years old with a missing front tooth. I bet you can imagine the wonders this did for my self esteem. Yes I held a grudge for an extended period of time. I walked around most places with my head to the ground; and the worst of it for me is that I make music and perform. It was very difficult to face crowds of hundreds of people staring back at me.

I didn't let this stop me. I continued writing my music and eventually began performing again. I have since let go of the grudge. I know this may sound crazy to a lot of people but I don't only talk to this person on a day to day basis. We not only work together but we are best of friends!

I don't expect that'll I'll be able to turn around after this post and get my surgery done. However my tooth is the first thing one my Steemit purchase list.
