- How often do you check rent arrears and when is the owner informed that their tenant is in arrears?
- What are all the costs they charge? (Get it in writing).
- Are the fees negotiable, especially for managing more than one property?
- Will the owner be charged more than one letting fee in a year if there’s more than one set of tenants?
- How is tenant screening performed and what does the tenant need to provide?
- How are vacant properties marketed?
