So, at the beginning, I advise you to view many properties making you aware of the mediators in your investment area because they will be your main allies who will tell you about the famous Don't Wanters and, when you become an authoritative and successful real estate investor, they will be the mediators who will call you continuously to offer you properties at a discount even before putting them on the market!

Someone can also tell you that the work you are doing is not ethical because you earn on people's problems but, I assure you, that is not the case, their home has become a big problem and when you solve it with your offer, they will be happy to evaluate it and accept it because you are going to raise them from a very negative period, restoring serenity to them.
