Hi @goodybest, if you can tell me some details about the transaction, I can help you to find the id. Was it a transfer operation? Do you know the exact time of the op?
The upcoming SDS version will allow me to show the transaction id in the Transfer Search tool on SteemWorld, which will make this much easier for us.

I knew I could count on you! Okay, it was a transfer operation on this particular account: @xchange23j to Binance, the user forgot to add his memo, and the transaction was on the 25th of November 2024
Binance is asking him for the transaction ID so that they can refund his tokens.
