In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
Bring to a boil and simmer until light.
Spread the syrup in a form with a central hole and set aside.
In the blender, beat the milk, condensed milk and eggs well.
Add Ovomaltine and beat more.
Pour the mixture into the caramelized form.
Bring to the medium oven in a water bath for about 1 ½ hours.
Wait for it to cool and refrigerate.
Remove and serve ice cream.

1 measure the can of milk (use the can of condensed milk empty)
3 eggs
50g of Ovomaltine
1 cup sugar tea (for the syrup)
1 cup of water (for syrup)
