bakwan taste savory shrimp and crunchy

Hello good morning steemian wherever you are. on the occasion of this morning I want to share a little about bakwan bakery and its processing. Bakwan cake is a snack or snacks made from wheat flour and a mixture of vegetables in the form of cabbage, carrots, toge, caberawit and shrimp.

the following are the ingredients that are required in processing bakwan baking:

  • wheat flour

  • cabbage

  • toge

  • carrot

  • celery leaves

  • red onion

  • shrimp if necessary

  • salt

  • water

  • cooking oil.

The way of processing is as follows:

  • Vegetable cabbage chopped small according to taste

  • carrots cut into small pieces

  • toge / sprouted green beans cleaned in the exhaust of small roots

  • celery leaves and red onions

  • caberawit in pong according to taste.

  • shrimp kcil2 already cleaned

Its processing:

Flour and vegetables that have been chopped in stir into a container / place, then add enough water, salt to taste, flavor if necessary. Stir until evenly not to dilute the excess water, then put the bakwan dough into the mold, let it be neat and nice, put into the oil that has been in the heat and wait a few minutes until cooked and yellowish. finished, his bakwan ready to serve.
