Brunch is the Weekend Breakfast || Cheesy POTATO OMELETTE in 10 Minutes

You will only need 5 simple ingredients and ten minutes to cook that very tasty omelette with potato and you'll be pretty surprised by the result.

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1 potato
• cream cheese – 2,5 oz / 70 g
• butter – 1 oz / 30 g
• ground black pepper – to taste
• salt – to taste

You will need:
• pan
• bowl
• carving board

Preparation:

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat and add 1 oz / 30 g of butter.
  2. Make a layer of thinly sliced potato in the pan and fry for 5 minutes over low heat with a lid covered.
  3. Lay out small pieces of cream cheese spread over the potato and pour with the beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste, cover the lid and fry for 4-5 minutes more over low heat.

  1. Fry potato over low heat not flipping.
