INGREDIENTS:

1- maida or wheat flour - 2 cup
2- backing powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp )
3- unsalted butter ( softened ) -1/2 cup
4- sugar - 3/4 cup or as needed
5- egg -2
6- milk - 1cup
7- vanilla essence - 1- teaspoon ( tsp )
8- salt - 1/2 teaspoon ( tsp )

INSTRUCTIONS:

1- sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
2- preaht oven to 375 fahrenheit or 170 celsius.
3- line muffin cups with papers.
4- cream butter and sugar until they are light and fluffy
5- now beat in eggs one at a time .
6- now add flour alteration with milk and beat well
7- now add vanilla assence and mix well
8- divide evenly among pans ( fill only 2/3 ) and bake for 18 minutes let cool in pans and the serve1C5A0996.jpg
