The ingredients are the following:

1 1/2 kilo of beef (ground).
1/2 kilo of bacon in strips.
2 eggs
200 gr. of fresh cheese (that melts) in slices.
1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
1 cup of spinach
1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
6 slices of ham of your choice.
Salt to taste).
preparation:

1.- Preheat the oven to about 200 °.

2.- In a deep bowl, mix the ground meat, the egg, the ground bread, the tomato paste and salt to taste, incorporating all the ingredients well.

3.- We take a tray and cover it completely with aluminum foil, where we proceed to extend the previous mixture and we place on top a layer of cheese, sliced ​​ham and spinach.

4.- With the help of the aluminum foil we close the roll of meat, giving it the respective shape (like a gypsy arm).

5.- We grab another tray, which we will also cover with aluminum foil, we put the bacon in strips to cover the entire tray.

6.- Take the roll of ground beef (prepared in point 4) and roll with the bacon, wrapping again in aluminum foil to compress well.

7.- Bake for about 15 minutes, remove from the oven and bake without aluminum foil for 10 more minutes.

8.- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

9.- Finally, we cut, serve and taste this exquisite dish.
