Pancakes.
Hi all! Today I woke up very happy, very enthusiastic, because today I woke up early 6:30 am, I made a coffee, together with my aunt who is at home at the moment of confinement, like my two cousins, I am lucky to have them with me since this way I have with whom to talk and share the day to day.
I wanted to have something delicious for breakfast and decided to prepare some delicious pancakes.
Ingredients:
3 cups wheat flour.
2 cups of milk.
1 egg.
2 tablespoons of sugar
preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour the mixture into an oil rose frying pan.
Flip it until it is ready.
Serve with whatever you like, I love it with honey or cheese.
It is a simple dish, but delicious for breakfast.
