The recipe is very simple to handle, even a beginner can cook. But take the time to eat them is not necessary, the glaze should be well set.
Ingredients:
Flour — 2 stack.
Sugar — 2 Cup.
Butter — 230 g
Cream 10% fat — 0,5 stack.
Eggs — 2 PCs.
Cocoa — 4 tbsp
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
Salt — of 0.25 tsp.
For the cream:
Cream cheese — 300 g
Cream fat content of 35% — 150 g
Sugar powder — 0,5 stack.
Kirsch (optional) — 1 tbsp
For the glaze:
Cream 35% fat content — 1,5 stack.
Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
Chocolate — 300 g
Cocktail cherries — 1 can
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Prepare a baking sheet size 32х40 cm baking paper. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and salt. In a saucepan melt the butter. Put cocoa into the melted butter and mix. Pour 1 Cup of boiling water in a saucepan and simmer for 30 seconds. Pour hot mixture into flour, stir and cool slightly. At this time, whisk whisk eggs, add cream, vanilla extract and baking powder. Pour this mixture into the batter and stir. Pour the batter into the pan, smooth and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer the cake to a rack and cool completely.
- Beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar and Kirsch (if using). Separately, whip the cold cream until they increase in volume. Add the cream to the cream cheese and whisk again until fluffy mass.
- Glaze. Smash the chocolate into small pieces. Pour the cream into a saucepan and put on fire, bring to a boil but do not boil. Add the vanilla extract.
- Using the circular molds with a diameter of 6 cm, cut from a cake 20 circles.
- Put butter cream in a pastry bag with a round nozzle and squeeze the cream into 10 biscuit circles. Cover with the remaining circles and place the cakes on a grid placed on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle cakes with icing and leave to harden. Decorate top of cakes with a cherry.
