Ingredients.
- 200 grams of pork tenderloin.
- 2 egg-yolks.
- 70 grams of sesame seeds.
- 70 grams of tempura flour.
- Cooking oil, pig stock powder, chilli sauce...
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Mix well meat with a little of salt, drain and rinse well again with cool water. Sliced the meat into large pieces, thick about 1/4 inch. Put meat into a large bowl, marinate with pig stock powder for about 20 minutes for soak up.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 egg-yolks.
Step 2:
- Put sesame seeds and tempura flour into 2 seperate bowls. Lightly dip each pork in the egg mixture, then coat it in flour and sesame seeds until done.
Step 3:
- Heat cooking oil into a saucepan over medium heat. Deep fry the meat on the each side until golden brown is done. Remove and place into a paper towel to drain. Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato sauce or whatever.
